• Refund Eligibility:

  • Before Service Begins: A full refund is available if you cancel at least 24 hours before the first scheduled session.
  • After the First Session:
    • Basic Plan: If you’re not satisfied after the first consultation, you may request a 50% refund or opt for a free follow-up session.
    • Standard Plan: If you’re not satisfied after the first coaching session, you may request a 50% refund or choose to apply the value of the session toward another service.
    • Premium Plan: If you’re not satisfied after the first coaching session, you may request a partial refund (up to 25% of the total package) or choose to apply the value of the session toward another service.
  • No Refunds: No refunds are available after the completion of all scheduled sessions or once the final deliverables (e.g., resume, LinkedIn profile) have been provided.

• Rescheduling: Sessions can be rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance without penalty. Rescheduling within 24 hours of the appointment may incur a fee.
